The objective of the research was to determine the relationship between logistics management and labor productivity of employees of the Regional Government of Arequipa, Peru, 2023. A quantitative approach, non-experimental design and correlational scope were used. A questionnaire of 15 questions on the Likert scale was applied to 28 employees from the heritage and warehouse areas of the Logistics Office. The reliability of the questionnaire was evaluated with Cronbach’s alpha coefficient (α = 0.848), thus demonstrating high reliability. Content validation with experts showed high validity of the instrument (0.875). The results of Spearman’s Rho coefficient equivalent to 0.769 with p < 0.001, show a positive and high correlation between the variables analyzed. The analysis of interpretation scale reveals that the respondents have a positive perception of Variable 1: logistics management and Variable 2: labor productivity, whose values vary between [34 - 45] and [23 - 30] respectively. The evaluation of logistics management was mostly positive, but divergent views on labour productivity highlight the need to improve professional development and staff training. Although the dimensions of supply and storage were well evaluated, the distribution showed a lower perception. Likewise, information and communication technologies (ICT) and knowledge management were positively evaluated, but with opportunities for improvement in certain aspects. Among the most solid indicators of the system are the reception of requirements, supply control and efficiency in ICT processes. However, weaknesses in labor connectivity and procurement processes require attention. In conclusion, a significant relationship between logistics management and labor productivity was confirmed, highlighting the importance of strengthening key areas to maximize organizational performance.
