Through this continuing education program, teachers in the area are able to develop competencies not only for the classroom, but also for the research and social field. Bearing in mind the above, the objective of this essay was to critically evaluate the journey through this training program and, to this end, the different experiences were presented in a generic and specific way, highlighting certain subjects and learning spaces that were most significant and impacting for the authors of this paper. The main arguments highlight the professional impact of different experiences that propitiated subjects such as Lines of Research, among others, where the students had a direct encounter with the research processes through the writing of essays and scientific articles.
