EVALUATION OF ENROLLMENT, INVENTORY, FEES AND PAYROLL PROCESSES FOR THE EXPERIMENTAL GARDEN “ARCO IRIS” SCHOOL, MATAGALPA, 2019

Abstract

This work evaluates enrollment, billing, inventory and payroll processes in the “Arco Iris” experimental garden, in Matagalpa during 2019. These processes were described, where deficiencies were found, which were solved by automating them by means of the most optimal alternative. This study has a qualitative approach, it is descriptive, non-experimental and cross-sectional, the population was made up of a person from the administrative area, and data was collected through interviews and documentary analysis. Once the difficulties were analyzed, four alternatives were formulated to automate the processes under study: desktop software, web application, mobile application, and canned software; selecting the desktop software by analyzing feasibility studies.
