Internal and external promotion of the Tourism and Hotel Administration career of FAREM-Carazo

This article presents the results of the practicing and visiting management to the different places for the major in Tourism and hospitality management and the usage of this source as a learning strategy to strength students' training and increase their satisfaction' level. The management´s practice is done in the different places to Tourism and hospitality management´s students. The students of the major who are doing their familiarization practicing are assigned in each place to assess the functioning of established relation between the place and students also the students´ satisfaction. In this documentthe key elements of this experience like advantages and disadvantages of this process itself are mentioned.
