Conflicts and relations in the teams of organizations

Abstract

The article aims to show some reflections on conflicts arising within work teams.  Making a remark on the attitudes and actions of members of working groups, comes the great concern to know why there is so much friction in relationships; Perhaps some of the cream competitiveness of human being or simply engage other factors still not valued or recognized when it comes to understand and employ human talent, as they are the social skills that everyone has to resolve conflicts, give your opinion and learn to defend reason above his ego
