EVOLUTION OF THE HUMAN CAPITAL THROUGH ADMINISTRATIVES THEORIES: LOOKING FOR THE NEW ORGANIZATIONAL ARTISAN
Abstract
The objective of this paper is to analyze, through the evaluation of a theoretical review, the way in which human capital has been glimpsed in administrative theories and the modern ones and what has been needed to use it to its maximum potential. Therefore, it was proposed the idea of an evolution of human capital that has been due to an impulse caused by the search of new artisans able to solve problems of the organizations. In summary, in the contribution of human capital in theories, recognizing its complexity, its potential to generate greater productivity and competititve advantage, and being the main engine of any organization, the new organizational artisan.
