Teacher professional development, a fundamental axis to improve institutional performance
Abstract
This paper aims to describe the importance of today's plans are teacher professional development for universities in developing improvement plans, in order to provide that the competencies to innovate their academic act. This plan includes training activities and practices that allow the individual to be constantly updating their knowledge in their area of expertise.
