Comprehensive university training applied to new contexts

Abstract

This article of the reengineering project of the practical conceptualization of integral University education applied to new contexts (educational, political, cultural, ideological, social, technological and economic), requires experiential and meaningful learning that allows them to apply them in all contexts aforementioned. Integral University Training must be a priority issue for UNAN - Managua; the context today is dynamic; determined by new challenges and challenges imposed by the contemporary world, signaled by the vertiginous changes of knowledge; Training is not only to provide knowledge, but to include other perspectives. The methodology is based on the pillars of Popular Education, is based on participatory processes, enhancing the role of the subjects of social changes. It was organized in four phases: diagnosis, intervention, evaluation and systematization; generated spaces for debate and analysis that contribute to the institutional need to reconceptualize comprehensive university education and operationalize it as an axis of discussion and information in academic and extracurricular processes. The theoretical positions assumed strengthen the work of the university in the development of professionals with a holistic and constructive vision of the country, ratifying the relevance in the socio-political context as a strategic and necessary element for the nation.
