The present study shows the analysis of the organizational climate and job satisfaction of a Small and Medium Business (SME) service sector focused on marketing activities, which aims to diagnose areas of opportunity that provide improvements in employee productivity by correcting undesirable aspects. The methodology used was the development of a quantitative research, with correlational scope, handling a non-experimental transactional type design. The instrument of information collection was a Likert scale survey of 5, managing the satisfaction of 50 reagents, applied to the administrative staff of all the areas of the company for each branch office, giving a total of 31 participants. The results obtained were mainly the presence of disagreement regarding the leadership that is used in the organization and dissatisfaction with the salary received in conjunction with the absence of incentives. In conclusion, it is necessary to apply a salary tabulator that establishes, according to the activities carried out, the salary corresponding to each position, the implementation of incentives and the restructuring of working hours. All of these changes will provide improvements in workers productivity and therefore direct benefits for the companyDownloads
