Abstract

This essay is the product of theoretical revision and systematization of the information about the basic chemical elements that serve as vegetable macronutrients. The knowledge of the utility of these elements can serve as a contribution for practitioners, such as agronomists, botanists, nursery managers, gardens, and owners of farms. The process of empirical discovery of the benefits of different chemical elements for the development of plants is an example of the hard paths of development of science.
