Keywords:
Student desertion, Exogenous factors, Endogenous factors, Fairs vocational , Classes to academic excellence, Preparatory coursesAbstract
The analysis of the phenomenon of attrition in Carazo Multidisciplinary Regional School, has been an interest of higher authorities, because if we analyze the phenomenon at General Universities CNU, it reaches up to 40%, a level from the Unite Managua, representing an average of 18%, a level FAREM Carazo, reached 11 %, as shown, is not a problem as such, it does not imply discontinue with the strategies that have been implemented and that participants noted as motivational factors : fairs vocational classes to academic excellence, preparatory courses, visits to high schools etc. Rather I think they must be given greater emphasis and monitoring to measure their impact on subsequent studies on this topic. As for the drop-in centers, primary and secondary education and other modalities, the percentage is higher, driven by factors other than those already discussed in this study. The factors which affect the phenomenon of dropout from the results have been , the character the vast majority Exogenous and endogenous factors to a lesser extent , but these are the ones we are interested in the internal control , the endogenous difficult to control.
