For this, the three main phases of the Strengthening Program for Municipal Trade Schools "Innovating and undertaking with my trade to prosper" will be briefly exposed, which took place during the year 2022 and where the University as part of the National Council of Universities (CNU) was directly involved. It should be noted that this pilot program consisted of three stages. In a first stage, in the words of the MSc. Violeta del Socorro Gago García, director of the CNU Innovation Commission, made herself available to sixty-three tutors and mentors who were in charge of formulating four courses related to Business Innovation, Strategic Growth for Small Businesses, Behavioral Development of the Entrepreneur and Strategic Business Administration.

"After this stage, the CNU Innovation and Extension Commissions provided support in the implementation of the courses and the Internship Program" (CNU Communication, 2022). In a second stage, the students of the CNU member universities that have a presence throughout the national territory formed the "Love Brigades" to provide accompaniment to the protagonists, supporting them in the preparation of Business Plans. Finally, in a third stage, a regional entrepreneurship fair was completed, where the work of the students was shown together with the teachers and protagonists, where the Business Plans were announced and, in addition, it had the active participation of the different institutions involved in the closing ceremony.
