Group work as a generator of academic stress: A look at the experience of undergraduate students at UNAN-Managua

This article describes the findings generated from a survey conducted with students, who voluntarily participated in the cycle of educational talks conducted by Vocational and Psychological Orientation of the Vice Rectorate of UNAN-Managua, in the period October November 2019.
In this context, the recognition of situations that in academic life could be sources of stress, particularly
academic stress, was explored; An important finding was that group work as a very common didactic format in the learning strategies used by teaching is a factor generating academic stress. Learning to work in a group is a very important soft skill, which requires developing in undergraduate training for profesional performance in any discipline, therefore it is pertinent to deepen the ways in which this activity occurs and
particularly how to live to enhance your effectiveness.
