Tutorial accompaniment is a methodology implemented by teachers to support students in their academic and personal development. The application of tutorial support is organized according to the particularities and needs of the students. For example, for those who achieve better performance levels, it is an opportunity to strengthen specific skills and for those who have difficulties, it allows them to level their learning. In this process, the teacher plays an active role because he/she provides permanent follow-up, creates the learning conditions according to the characteristics of the students and constantly evaluates to identify learning improvement and adjust the strategies applied. Hence, the tutorial accompaniment contributes to develop a greater commitment to training and self-regulation skills. This allows the student to have better tools to face and overcome academic challenges in the following levels.
