Productions and its profits have been one of the most applied problems in mathematical modeling to increase the economy of the community and the country,
all this achieved with the entrepreneursship of micro-enterprises that every day have a new impulse for their development. The productions of different types of bread in bakeries is one of the emblems in development for family support followed by growth in the profits of the same, maximizing the profits of work. This with the help of mathematical modeling that enhances the processes in the distribution and preparation of bread.
The purpose of this research is to maximize the profits or costs of the bakery in a transportation problema in decisión making with the help of the POM- QM software to obtain an optimal solution that shows the feasibility of the mathematical model to distribute the bread and generate máximum earnings.
