AUTOMATION OF ACADEMIC AND FEE MANAGEMENT IN THE “JORGE CASALIS” INSTITUTE, MATAGALPA, PERIOD 2019.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to automate the academic and fee management processes at the “Jorge Casalis” institute, in Matagalpa, during 2019. It is a descriptive research, with a qualitative, non-experimental, cross-sectional approach, whose sample is represented by the director of academic record of the institute. The data collection techniques were the interview and documentary review. It is concluded that all processes are carried out by the director of academic and administrative registration, the main difficulty is that these processes are prepared manually, a customized desktop system is proposed to automate and improve the quality of the institution's work.
