Abstract

This systematization of the university experience  stems from the process experienced by a team of  academics and communicators from the National  Agrarian University (UNA), in collaboration with  the Rector's Office and the Directorate of  Research, Extension, and Postgraduate Studies.  These teams coordinated the Diploma in  Technologies to Improve Agricultural Production  and Productivity (UALN-CNU, UNA-2023), aimed at enhancing the agricultural, livestock, aquaculture,  forestry, and agro-industrial sectors, involving  producer families from across the country. The  systematization process followed a five-stage  method: starting point (experience), formulation  of a systematization plan, recovery of the lived  process, deep reflections, and endpoints. These  steps involved recording the experience and  implementing appropriate instruments to  understand the actors, factors, interrelations, and  logic of the lived process. The goal was to  theoretically comprehend the experience and  orient it towards the future with a transformative  perspective based on the lessons learned. The  study focused on recovering the experience of the  teaching staff and the production team  during the recordings, highlighting their  emotions, learnings, and confidence in future  recordings, as well as the challenges faced. To  collect information, two semi-structured surveys  were designed in Google Forms, applied through  a prior conversation with the participants. The  systematization revealed challenges such as  climatic conditions, the patience of the team, the  need to use simple language, and perform  practical demonstrations. The lessons learned  emphasize the importance of knowledge  exchange with producers and the organization  and preparation of teachers in virtual environments.
